Area of Practice: Collaborative Law
Robert is one of the founding members of the Collaborative Law Group of Southern Arizona (CLGSA) formed in 2001. Collaborative Law ("CL") uses cooperative rather than adversarial strategies to resolve cases.
CL is a dispute resolution model presently used predominantly in family law. Each party is represented by his or her own attorney; however instead of using adversary negotiations and divisive court proceedings, the collaborators commit to work cooperatively and respectfully to reach settlement.
